Terms of Use

Share A Verse ("the App," "we," "us") is operated by its owner ("Operator"). By creating an account, entering a cipher, voting, tipping, or otherwise using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

Share A Verse is strictly an 18+ platform. You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account, enter ciphers, vote, tip, or otherwise use the App. We require date of birth at signup and ask you to attest you are 18+. Minors are prohibited. We will delete any account we discover belongs to a person under 18 and forfeit any pending winnings or payouts from that account.

2. Your Content

You keep ownership of every verse you upload. By uploading you grant Operator a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, perpetual, irrevocable license to host, stream, transcode, display, reproduce, distribute, promote, and create derivative works of your content for the purpose of operating and marketing the App. You can request takedown of your own content at any time but the marketing license for materials already published (e.g. social posts) survives.

3. Conduct

You will not:

• Upload content that infringes copyright, trademark, or any other right.
• Upload threats, hate speech, harassment, sexually explicit content involving minors, or content depicting real-world violence.
• Manipulate votes, create fake accounts, or use bots.
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or attack the App.
• Use the App for money laundering or any illegal activity.

4. Account Termination

We may suspend or delete your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violations of these Terms. Pending payouts may be forfeited if your account is terminated for cause.

5. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after a change means you accept the new Terms.

6. Governing Law & Arbitration

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Operator's residence, excluding conflict-of-laws principles. You and Operator agree to resolve any dispute by binding individual arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, in the Operator's county of residence. You waive any right to participate in a class action. Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual-property claims.
